Software built to spec. Shipped to production.

Kevadia designs and builds web, mobile, and backend systems end to end — greenfield products, legacy modernization, or the missing piece in your existing stack. Every build is led by ex-Meta and ex-Amazon engineers who have shipped software used by billions of people.

SYS.01 // The Failure Mode

Most software doesn't fail at the idea. It fails in execution.

Projects stall when the people scoping the work aren't the people writing the code. Estimates drift, edge cases surface late, and the demo that looked finished turns out to be the easy 80%. The hard 20% — auth, payments, migrations, the unhappy paths — is where most builds quietly die.

Sequence // How We Work

THE OPERATING SEQUENCE.

  1. Phase 01

    Scope honestly

We define what done means before we write code: the user flows, the integrations, the unhappy paths. If something is riskier or more expensive than you think, you hear it in week one, not month three.

  2. Phase 02

Architect for the next order of magnitude

We size the system for where you're going, not for Meta's traffic. Proven, boring technology where possible; innovation budget spent only where your product actually differentiates.

  3. Phase 03

    Ship in increments

Working software every week, deployed to a real environment you can click through. No big reveal at the end — you watch the system come alive and steer while it's cheap to steer.

  4. Phase 04

    Harden and hand off

Tests around the paths that matter, observability wired in, runbooks written, and working sessions with your team. You own the system without us — that's the deliverable.

Output // Deliverables

WHAT WE BUILD.

Greenfield web and mobile products, from spec to production
Backend systems and APIs — REST, GraphQL, realtime
Legacy modernization and incremental rewrites
Payments, auth, and identity integration
Cross-platform mobile (React Native) and native iOS/Android
Performance and reliability engineering for existing systems
Stack — the honest version

TypeScript, React, Next.js, React Native, Node, Python, Go, and Rust where it earns its keep — on Postgres, AWS or GCP, provisioned with Terraform and deployed behind CI.

Index // Common Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED.

What kinds of software does Kevadia build?

Kevadia builds web applications, mobile apps, backend systems, and APIs — both greenfield products and modernization of existing systems. Typical engagements include SaaS products, customer portals, realtime systems, and platform rebuilds. Every project is scoped and built by a senior engineer, not handed down a chain.

How long does a typical build take?

A focused production build typically runs eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope: a clear spec in the first one to two weeks, working increments every week after, and a hardening pass before launch. We give a real range after the first scoping call.

Can you take over or modernize an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with an audit — architecture, data flows, deployment, the riskiest corners — then modernize incrementally using the strangler pattern so the product keeps shipping while we replace what's underneath. Big-bang rewrites are almost always the wrong call.

How is working with Kevadia different from a typical agency?

There is no account layer. The engineer who scopes your project is the engineer who builds it — a founder who has shipped systems used by billions at the world's largest platforms. You get fewer meetings, faster decisions, and code from someone whose name is on the commit.

What happens after launch?

Every build ends with documentation, runbooks, observability, and handoff sessions so your team can operate the system without us. After that, we stay available for support retainers or on-call advisory — but the system is yours, with no lock-in by design.
