Founder & CEO // Harsh Kevadia

Built on billion-user engineering.

Kevadia is led by engineers from Meta and Amazon who've spent the last decade building production systems for the world's largest platforms.

Origin // The Story

AT SCALE, ENGINEERING BECOMES DISCIPLINE.

At Meta and Amazon, Kevadia's founders built distributed systems serving billions of users, the validation and lineage systems that decide whether ML data can be trusted in production, and automation that ran commerce operations at global scale. At that scale, engineering stops being about clever code and becomes discipline: systems are designed for failures that haven't happened yet, changes ship behind measurements instead of opinions, and nothing is called done until it has survived contact with real traffic.

They started Kevadia to bring that discipline to teams that can't hire it: a small, senior, engineering-led practice that builds custom software, AI automation, and data platforms the way they're built inside the world's largest platforms.

Philosophy // The Living System

SOFTWARE IS AN ORGANISM, NOT A DELIVERABLE.

Software ingests data, makes decisions, degrades, recovers, and learns. Studios that treat launch day as the finish line build systems that start dying on day two. We build systems instrumented to stay alive — observable, testable, and honest about their own state.

Protocol // How We Work

FIVE OPERATING PRINCIPLES.

01

Production is the only benchmark

Demos are marketing. We measure our work by what survives real users, real data, and real failure.

02

The founders do the engineering

Whoever scopes your system builds your system. Nothing is lost between the promise and the code.

03

Few engagements, finished properly

We keep the roster deliberately small so every system gets finishing-grade attention.

04

Say the hard thing early

Wrong scope, wrong stack, wrong fit — you'll hear it on the first call, not in month three.

05

Leave teams stronger

Every engagement ends with runbooks, working sessions, and a system your engineers can operate without us.

"Bring us the system you're worried about."

Interface // Ways To Engage

THREE CHANNELS IN.

Partnership

Long-term build relationships — we operate as your embedded systems team across releases.

Consulting

Scoped engagements: a build, an architecture audit, an AI system, or a senior second opinion.

Investment

For investors interested in the studio and the products it builds.
