Direct Project or Program
Run directly under your agency's contracting authority — from a 6–12 week pilot, to a multi-month build, to a multi-year modernization or operations-and-maintenance program. You set the scope and term; we bring the engineering.
Subcontractor on a Prime
We work as a subcontractor under a prime contractor that already holds the relevant vehicle. We bring the engineering; the prime holds the contract. Common for larger or longer programs.
Embedded Advisory
Senior engineering review for an in-flight project — architecture, AI strategy, vendor evaluation, or unsticking a stalled build. Short engagements, sharp output.
